About This Position
Clinical Operations Coordinator – LPN or RN
Full-Time, Salaried | Concierge Nurse Services
About Concierge Nurse Services
Concierge Nurse Services is a growing private-pay healthcare company providing mobile nursing, post-operative care, IV therapy, wellness services, and personalized healthcare throughout the Greater Seattle area.
In addition to our established Washington operations, Concierge Nurse Services also operates in Utah, with continued growth and expansion planned.
We are looking for a full-time Clinical Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our day-to-day operations and long-term growth.
This is not a traditional desk job, and it is not a traditional nursing position.
We are a small, growing company, which means everyone on our leadership and administrative team is willing to jump in wherever needed. The person who thrives in this role will be flexible, resourceful, highly organized, clinically knowledgeable, business-minded, and genuinely comfortable wearing many hats.
One hour you may be reviewing a patient care plan, the next helping coordinate a nurse assignment, answering a client call, preparing supply kits, meeting with a potential referral partner, auditing charts, helping with an event, or working directly with our Executive Director on whatever needs to get accomplished that day.
If you enjoy variety, autonomy, problem-solving, relationship building, and being part of growing a healthcare company, this could be an excellent fit.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the company and may include:
Assist with daily clinical and operational coordination
Answer phones and communicate professionally with clients, nurses, providers, surgical offices, and community partners
Help coordinate and dispatch nurses and caregivers to client appointments
Review patient information and assist with developing preliminary care plans
Perform chart audits and help maintain clinical documentation standards
Prepare nursing supply kits and maintain clinical inventory
Help manage office supplies, equipment, snacks, and general office organization
Assist with scheduling and resolve last-minute staffing or operational issues
Communicate with clients before and after procedures or appointments
Support new employee onboarding and clinical orientation
Assist with company events, partnerships, community outreach, and business development
Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, surgical practices, concierge providers, hotels, wellness businesses, and other potential referral partners
Identify opportunities for company growth and help turn new ideas or partnerships into actionable next steps
Represent Concierge Nurse Services professionally at meetings, events, and community networking opportunities
Help create and improve internal systems and processes as the company grows
Assist the Executive Director and Operations Manager with projects and day-to-day priorities
Occasionally provide hands-on clinical support when appropriate and within scope
Assist with operational needs related to our Utah location as needed
Be willing to jump in and help with tasks that may fall outside a traditional job description
Who We're Looking For
Required:
Current Washington State LPN or RN license in good standing
Previous clinical healthcare experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Ability to work independently and make good judgment calls
Professional, polished, and comfortable communicating with a high-touch private-pay clientele
Reliable and able to adapt quickly when priorities change
Comfortable working in a small business environment where roles frequently overlap
Willingness to occasionally work outside of traditional business hours when company needs require it
Ability and willingness to travel occasionally
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
Doesn't need to be told every small thing that needs to be done
Notices a problem and takes initiative to solve it
Enjoys creating organization out of moving pieces
Can switch easily between clinical, administrative, operational, customer-service, and business-development responsibilities
Is comfortable building professional relationships and representing the company in the community
Can recognize a potential business opportunity and help move it forward
Is comfortable saying, "I've got it," and following something through to completion
Understands that growing companies occasionally require flexibility beyond a traditional Monday-Friday schedule
Enjoys being part of a growing company rather than working within a large corporate healthcare system
Wants a position they can grow into over time
Schedule & Availability
This is a full-time salaried position.
While the majority of work will occur during normal weekday business hours, this is not intended to be a rigid Monday-Friday, 8-to-4 position.
Healthcare and small-business operations do not always happen on a predictable schedule. We are looking for someone who has flexibility and is willing to step in when an occasional evening, early morning, weekend, event, staffing issue, or unexpected operational need requires additional support.
At the same time, we value flexibility and balance and do not expect irregular hours to be the norm.
Travel
Concierge Nurse Services also operates in Utah, and occasional travel may be requested to support training, team development, operational needs, or company growth.
Travel is expected to be minimal overall and would be planned in advance whenever possible.
Compensation
Starting at $83,200.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
A Note About This Role
We want applicants to understand what makes this position different.
Concierge Nurse Services is a growing small business. We do not have separate departments for every function, and we are looking for someone who enjoys being part of the bigger picture.
Some days will be highly clinical. Some will be heavily operational. Some may involve answering phones, organizing supplies, solving a scheduling problem, meeting with a potential referral partner, preparing for an event, helping our Utah team, or tackling a project that wasn't on the calendar that morning.
For the right person, that variety is one of the best parts of the job.
If you're looking for a narrowly defined nursing position where every day looks the same and responsibilities end strictly at a set time, this likely won't be the right fit.
If you're looking for a position where you can use your clinical background, organizational skills, personality, business instincts, and initiative to have a meaningful impact on a growing healthcare company, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay: From $83,200.00 per year
Benefits:
Dental insurance
Employee discount
Health insurance
Paid time off
Vision insurance
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Redmond, WA 98052
