We are seeking full-time and part-time Caregivers and CNA's to join our wellness team at St. Rose Convent in La Crosse, WI. You will work closely with other team members to create a positive and pleasant home for the sisters while being responsible providing care and compassion. We are looking for someone who shares our values of respect and compassion and desires a culture that puts relationships first .
In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care while embodying our mission of love and service. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a healing environment that aligns with our values.
You should have:
a passion for fostering the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of others
Experience in a skilled care or residential services, in home care settings preferred
Identify with and display a commitment to the mission, philosophy and care of the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration
Understand and support the concept of person-centered care and FSPA relationship centered care
a love of working with seniors
a commitment to sister centered care that focuses on building relationships
core skills in caregiving and experience in nursing home, community care or assisted living

Assist with personal cares for all levels of need

CNA certification is preferred but not required. Previous home care experience is a plus.
