Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Mobile Wound Care$140,000–$175,000 | No Nights | No Weekends | Kitsap County, WA

What You’ll Do
Perform comprehensive wound assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide advanced wound care in homes and select facilities
Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
You’ll serve patients across Kitsap County and surrounding areas, helping individuals with chronic, non-healing wounds improve healing outcomes and quality of life.
What We’re Looking For
Active, unrestricted Washington NP or PA license
Board certified (FNP, APRN, or PA-C)
1+ year of experience preferred (Primary Care, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, ER, ICU, or Wound Care)
Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
