We are looking for a skilled Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with STRONG Scribe Skills to join our dedicated team in providing top-notch care for arthritis, autoimmune diseases, and osteoporosis. If you aspire to advance your career toward becoming a PA-C, ARNP, or MD, this role offers excellent hands-on experience with direct clinical exposure.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide scribe support during patient visits and assist physicians during physical examinations.
Educate patients on medication regimens and dietary requirements.
Stay attuned to patient communication cues during physician interactions.
Ensure all medical supplies are adequately stocked and maintain a clean workspace.
Manage patient flow, prepare exam rooms, and prioritize scheduling for physicians and staff.
Handle patient phone inquiries and perform essential front-office tasks.
Contribute to additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications:

Professional presentation, patient confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong Scribe Skills
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months post-secondary education or related coursework.
1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting (desired).
EMR experience (ECW preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Windows.
Strong keyboarding and scribing skills.
Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology and math skills.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
