DIABETES CLINIC RN – DAYS
Pay: $60/hour
Weekly Pay: $2,400/week
Location: Fort Defiance, AZ
Job Type: Travel Contract
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized diabetes care in a clinic setting, including patient assessment, education, consultation, triage, and care coordination.
Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate patients with diabetes and related conditions
Provide diabetes education and counseling to patients and families
Perform triage and determine appropriate patient care needs
Coordinate care with providers and the healthcare team
Document patient care accurately in the medical record
Provide support in the Diabetes and Primary Care Clinics
Promote safe, patient-centered care
Requirements
Active RN License
BLS and ACLS – AHA
Current Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification obtained within the last 3 years
Minimum 3 years of recent specialty experience
Clinic experience required
Strong critical thinking and triage skills
Knowledge of Emergency Severity Index (ESI) preferred
Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM
1-hour unpaid lunch
No weekends or holidays
