Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing private practice.
This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy and flexibility and is looking to build or maintain a private-practice caseload without the administrative demands of operating a practice independently.
The clinician will maintain professional independence and discretion in providing clinical services while collaborating with the practice regarding client referrals, scheduling, and administrative matters.
Responsibilities
Provide individual psychotherapy to clients within your professional scope of practice
Conduct clinical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
Maintain all applicable professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards
Communicate with other healthcare providers when clinically appropriate and properly authorized
Manage your own clinical schedule and availability
Maintain your own professional judgment and clinical decision-making
Maintain any required professional credentials, licenses, insurance, and continuing education
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
Active LCSW license
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
Private-practice experience preferred
Experience with electronic health records preferred
Compensation
$60–$75 per completed clinical hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Compensation is based on services actually provided. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
Schedule & Flexibility
This is a flexible independent-contractor opportunity.
The clinician will have the ability to determine their own availability and clinical schedule, subject to mutually agreed-upon client appointments and practice operations.
There is no guaranteed minimum number of hours or clients.
The opportunity can be structured around an existing private practice, another job, or other professional commitments.
