We are hiring 8 positions currently to help staff this new initiative (2 staff per 4 beds for 24/7 care). We are excited to be affiliated with an organization so dedicated to quality care! You can be a part of helping provide this much needed service!!!
(BBH Resident Assistants are trained to work in each of our six AFH facilities in the Tomah area.)
FT shifts are 3 days per week and include every other Sat and Sun.
We pay weekly!
12 hour shifts available. 8a - 8p and 8p - 8a (awake NOC shift)

Driver License, High School Diploma/HSED and Prior experience as a caregiver required
Scope of Position:
Our Resident Assistants follow daily program details set forth by Blackberry Hill Inc, while keeping in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
Education Requirements:
Minimum educational requirements include a high school diploma or its equivalent
This person may also be either a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or have experience like that of a CNA.
Required Skills Desired:
Activities of daily living
Competitive Compensation: CNA certification: $20/hour Experienced caregivers without CNA certification can earn $17 - $20 per hour depending on experience and certifications held.
