About This Position

At Nona's Home Care, that's not just something we say — it's how we actually run our agency. Our founder has spent 20+ years building one of the most trusted senior care brands on a simple idea: the only way clients get truly great care is when the caregivers providing it feel genuinely valued, supported, and respected.
Now we're expanding into Riverside County, Los Angeles and Orange County, and we're looking for compassionate caregivers to grow with us.
What we offer:
$20–$25 per hour, depending on level of care
Health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
Consistent hours so your schedule stays stable
Flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
Company support so you're never handling a difficult situation alone
A team that genuinely cares about how your day went
What you'll do:
Help seniors with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
Provide companionship — sometimes that's the most important part of the job
Light housekeeping and transportation to appointments
Medication reminders and care plan documentation
Stay in close communication with our team
What we're looking for:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Someone who genuinely loves working with seniors and wants to be part of a team that does too
At least 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred, not required)
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Tagalog a strong plus
California HCA registration and CPR/First Aid are a plus but not required — we'll help you get certified if you want
