LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Rehab - Omaha, Nebraska 68144
Assignment Details
Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Guaranteed: 48 hours/week
Specialty: LTC / Skilled Rehab
Pay Package – 48 Hours/Week
Gross Weekly: $1,900.20
Blended Hourly Rate: $38.23/hr
(Taxable Base Rate: $15.00/hr + Non-Taxed Stipend: $23.23/hr)
Weekly Non-Taxed Stipend: $929/week
Weekly Taxable: $600
OT Rate after 40 hours: $46.40/hr
OT: 8 hours / $371.20 weekly
Requirements
No first-time travelers
Skilled Rehab/SNF experience required
Must be comfortable with frequent admissions & discharges
AHA or ARC BLS only
NE DHHS must be completed within 48 hours of placement
Clinical interview required
