Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC) (Housing is provided by an Facility )
Location: Hot Springs, South Dakota
Facility: Seven Sisters Living Center
Department: Long-Term Care / Nursing Home
Schedule: 12-hour shifts — Variable Days & Nights
Hours: 36 hours/week after 40 hrs OT will start
Pay: $55/hour with Housing
Shift Pattern: Varied shifts; nights approximately 85% of the time
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting at Seven Sisters Living Center in Hot Springs, South Dakota.
The RN will be responsible for providing safe, patient-centered care, monitoring residents' conditions, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to support the overall well-being of residents.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Assess residents' health conditions and monitor changes in clinical status.
Administer medications and treatments according to established orders and facility policies.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Document assessments, interventions, medications, and resident progress accurately.
Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs/LVNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide education and support to residents and their families.
Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
Respond appropriately to urgent changes in resident condition.
Help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to work variable day and night shifts.

Pay: $58.00 - $60.00 per hour
