Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse - Critical Care to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in triage, airway management, and vital signs monitoring will be essential as you work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs and overall health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Perform triage duties to prioritize patient care based on severity of condition.
Provide airway management and support for patients in critical situations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and home care needs.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital protocols.
Qualifications
Experience in critical care nursing or related field is preferred.
Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) certification; advanced certifications such as ACLS are a plus.
Strong skills in vital signs monitoring, airway management, and patient assessment.
Previous experience in home care or long-term care settings is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure and professionalism.

Pay: $92,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
