About This Position
Registered Nurse (RN) – 3rd Shift Occupational Health
Location: Sheboygan County, WI
Shift: Approximately 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (3rd Shift)
Compensation: $50.00–$60.00 per hour
Occupational Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide overnight occupational health coverage at a large manufacturing facility in Sheboygan County.
This position is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys working independently and is looking for a consistent overnight schedule in an industrial setting. As the onsite medical professional during third shift, you'll assess and treat workplace injuries, provide first aid, perform drug and alcohol testing when needed, and help employees receive the appropriate level of care.
Responsibilities
Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses
Provide first aid and determine appropriate medical care
Perform post-accident and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing
Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation
Coordinate care with supervisors and outside medical providers as needed
Respond professionally to workplace medical situations
Maintain clinic supplies and readiness throughout the shift
Qualifications
Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and documentation skills
Occupational health, emergency, urgent care, or industrial nursing experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
