High-Standard Clinical Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight: Execute high-level patient assessments and interventions, maintaining meticulous documentation that drives superior resident outcomes.

Precision Pharmacology: Transcribe physician orders with 100% fidelity to the care plan and manage complex medication administration via MARs.

Pharmacy Synergy: Act as the primary liaison with pharmacy partners to ensure the seamless delivery of new orders and treatment changes.

Interdisciplinary Leadership: Collaborate with a high-functioning team of MDs, therapists, and nursing leadership to execute comprehensive treatment plans.

Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Wisconsin.
