About This Position
RN Required....
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs for residents in an assisted living facility
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of healthcare services to residents
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for individual residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for residents
- Provide case management and coordinate services for residents with complex medical needs
- Supervise and train staff members in wellness-related activities and protocols
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., nursing, social work, healthcare administration)
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes
- Strong background in case management and patient monitoring
- Familiarity with critical care systems and acute care protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in medical record keeping and adherence to HIPAA guidelines
