RN Nurse Manager – Monday–Friday Day Shift
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Monday–Friday | Leadership Opportunity

Shorehaven is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager to lead and support a neighborhood within our Five-Star skilled nursing community in Oconomowoc.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN who enjoys building relationships with residents and families, supporting and developing staff, and having a direct impact on quality of care.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Occasional on-call needs
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and support the nursing team within your assigned neighborhood
Oversee resident care and care planning to ensure high-quality, person-centered care
Build strong relationships with residents and families
Identify concerns early and partner with the team to develop solutions
Mentor and develop nursing staff
Collaborate with Social Services, Activities, and other departments
Support clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement
Serve as a resource and leader for residents, families, and staff
What We're Looking For
Current Wisconsin RN license
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
Previous leadership, charge nurse, preceptor, or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
A supportive leadership style and desire to develop others
Experienced RNs who are ready to take the next step into leadership are encouraged to apply.
