Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: N 2665 County Rd QQ, King, WI 54946
Duration: 1 Year
Work Schedule Shift:
AMs-3 Full time open positions (hours 05:30am-02:00pm)
PMs-6 Full time open positions (hours 01:45pm-10:15pm)
NOCs-1 Full time open positions (hours 10:00pm-06:00am)
Staff must be willing to work every other weekend and every other holiday
For all roles: Weekend = Saturday and Sunday.
EXCEPTION: Night shift RNs — Weekend = Friday and Saturday.
CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA):
Shall be responsible for providing direct and indirect basic nursing care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Shall follow individual treatment programs for a group of members on a unit of approximately 60 geriatric and/or disabled Members.
Shall provide basic nursing care and techniques following a written plan to meet the therapeutic, preventative, restorative, spiritual, psychosocial, and rehabilitative needs of the Members and to help maintain the Members at the highest functional level.

2 Step TB. This would be getting the TB test and a read 48-72 hours later and then another TB test within three weeks of the first one with a read 48-72 hours later. This is an intradermal test.
