Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care across Med Surg and Emergency Room settings
Assess patient needs, monitor progress, and report changes to the care team
Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
Maintain accurate documentation and complete required records in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support safe, effective care
Support patient flow and work assignments during high-acuity and fast-paced moments
Requirements
Active RN licensure
BLS certification
Ability to work in both Med Surg and ER environments
Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
Reliable, professional communication with the care team
