Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for neonates in the NICU setting.
- Monitor vital signs and clinical status and respond promptly to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments per unit protocol and provider orders.
- Support developmentally appropriate care and comfort measures.
- Collaborate with the care team to plan and coordinate patient care.
- Document care and patient status accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with families and the interdisciplinary team to support NICU needs.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure.
- NICU experience/competency providing neonatal intensive care nursing.
