Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite
Hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Hours are flexible due to the managerial nature of the role.
On-Call Requirement:
Participate in the Leadership On-Call Rotation — 1 week every 3 weeks, including:
After-hours coverage: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Weekend coverage
Job Duties:
Lead and oversee the Apheresis Program, including a team of approximately 12 FTEs.
Manage staffing, scheduling, daily department operations, and workflow.
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Partner closely with Transplant, Cellular Therapy, and Laboratory leadership.
Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Apheresis department.
Participate in the leadership on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as required.
Required Qualifications:
Active RN License – Required
Previous Apheresis Leadership Experience – Required
Cellular Apheresis Experience – Required
FACT Accreditation Experience – Required
Pediatric Experience – Required
Strong background in one or more of the following:
Transfusion Medicine
Blood Banking
Cellular Therapy
Strong leadership, communication, and department-management skills.
Ability to oversee staffing, quality, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operations.
Pay: $4,560.00 per week

Apheresis Leadership: 2 years (Required)

FACT Accreditation: 1 year (Required)
Pediatric: 1 year (Required)
Director or Leadership: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
WA or Compact RN License (Required)
