About Concierge MD
Concierge MD is a national concierge medical practice providing premium, on-demand healthcare in patients' homes, offices, hotels, and workplaces. We deliver personalized primary care, urgent care, IV therapy, diagnostics, and wellness services while offering an exceptional patient experience.
We are seeking experienced, compassionate providers who enjoy practicing independently and delivering high-quality care outside of the traditional clinic setting.
Position Overview
As a Per Diem House Call Provider, you will evaluate and treat patients in their home, office, or hotel while supported by our experienced clinical coordination team. This role is ideal for providers with backgrounds in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions during in-home visits
Develop individualized treatment plans and determine appropriate follow-up care
Perform comprehensive medical house calls in the assigned service area
Perform specimen collection, rapid testing, medication administration, and other bedside procedures
Coordinate imaging, laboratory testing, prescriptions, and specialty referrals as needed
Educate patients on diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
Communicate with patients' primary care physicians and specialists when appropriate
Complete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
Maintain a fully stocked provider medical bag
Collaborate closely with our Medical Director, clinical leadership, and care coordination team
Deliver an exceptional concierge experience with professionalism, empathy, and outstanding bedside manner
Physician Qualifications (MD/DO)
Medical Degree from an accredited medical school
Active Washington medical license in good standing
DEA registration
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Hospital Medicine
Comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients
House call or concierge medicine experience is a plus
Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
Active Washington NP or PA license
DEA registration
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Hospital Medicine
Comfortable treating adult and pediatric patients
Strong procedural skills, including IV placement and phlebotomy
Experience with electronic medical records
