Responsibilities
Monitor and communicate health needs to staff, families, and providers
Administer medications and oversee treatments as ordered
Respond to incidents and changes in health status
Collaborate on psychotropic medication reviews
Maintain accurate Medication Administration Records (MARs)
Provide direct care and general nursing services as needed
Ensure medical supplies are stocked and available
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing
DD Waiver experience preferred
Pass background check (criminal history, APS/CPS)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Physically able to assist with transfers and lift 50+ lbs.
