About This Position
Nebraska Pain Institute is seeking a seeking a full time LPN/Medication Specialist to join our team. This position requires a caring, compassionate and professional person who is detail oriented. This position will work directly with the providers to offer professional support to patients and their families.
Job Duties:
Collaborate with providers, patients and pharmacies to provide excellent care
Triage patient phone calls and answers patient questions regarding medications, care and treatment under RN supervision
Retrieve messages and responds to calls from patients and pharmacies
Assists in the completion of the medication refill process per physician/provider protocol
Maintain patient confidentiality and follows HIPAA Guidelines
Perform other duties as assignedExperience and Education:
1 year experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
