Responsibilities:
Performing light housekeeping duties
Following the patient care plan
Providing bathing and dressing assistance
Toilet assistance
Providing Companions
Managing medication
Preparing meals if needed
Transporting clients to and from appointments if required.
Communicating with families, and case managers regarding care
Assisting with transfer and mobility if needed
Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
