About This Position
Overview
Current & Upcoming Opportunities
A&A Professional Services of New Richmond is seeking qualified, dependable, and compassionate candidates for current and upcoming caregiver openings.
As our business continues to grow, we are building a network of talented caregiving professionals to meet both current and future staffing needs. Some applicants may be considered for an immediate opening, while others may be considered for future opportunities as new participant needs and schedules become available.
About A&A
A&A Professional Services of New Richmond is a small, person-centered Wisconsin caregiving agency providing Supportive Home Care services to adults with disabilities.
We were founded on a simple belief: adults with disabilities deserve caregivers who show up with integrity and unwavering respect.
We are intentionally building a circle of trustworthy caregivers who understand that dignity, safety, respect, trust, and honesty are non-negotiable.
Because we are a small agency, every caregiver matters. We are looking for people who want to know and support the individuals they serve as people—not simply complete a shift.
Who We're Looking For
We are interested in candidates who are:
Dependable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts
Compassionate, patient, and respectful of each individual’s dignity and choices
Attentive and engaged throughout every scheduled shift
Comfortable providing one-on-one support and working independently
Able to use good judgment while following individualized service and care plans
Honest and accurate with timekeeping, documentation, and communication
Professional, respectful of confidentiality and boundaries, and willing to promptly communicate concerns or ask for guidance when needed
Reliability is essential. The people we serve depend on caregivers being present, attentive, and ready to provide support for the entire scheduled shift.
What You May Do
Responsibilities vary according to each participant's authorized services and individualized needs and may include:
Provide companionship, supervision, and support with daily routines
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living, as authorized
Assist with mobility, positioning, and physical support as required by the participant's care plan
Support independence, dignity, participant choice, and community activities
Follow the participant's documented service/care plan and established safety procedures
Maintain accurate service/time documentation and promptly report concerns or incidents
Protect participant privacy, confidentiality, safety, and dignity
Qualifications
Applicants must:
Be dependable and able to report for accepted scheduled shifts consistently and on time
Be capable of safely performing the essential functions of the assigned position, with reasonable accommodation when applicable
Follow written and verbal instructions
Communicate professionally
Complete required documentation accurately and timely
Successfully complete required employment screening and Wisconsin caregiver background checks
Meet applicable Wisconsin caregiver eligibility requirements
Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record when driving is required for the assigned position
Have access to a reliable, legally registered vehicle and maintain required automobile insurance when using a personal vehicle for work-related transportation
Previous caregiving, disability-support, home-care, DSP, CNA, or related experience is welcomed.
Experience matters, but so do character, dependability, judgment, compassion, and integrity.
We are willing to consider candidates who demonstrate the qualities and values we expect, even if their caregiving experience is limited.
Current & Future Opportunities
A&A is growing thoughtfully.
We encourage qualified candidates to apply even if a current opening does not perfectly match their availability. As participant needs and schedules develop, we want to have a network of pre-screened professionals we can contact about appropriate opportunities.
Applying does not guarantee employment, a particular assignment, or a specific number of hours. Employment and assignments depend upon participant needs, qualifications, availability, successful completion of applicable hiring requirements, and appropriate fit for the position.
Our Values
Dignity First — Every individual is treated with inherent worth, patience, and respect.
Safety Without Compromise — Physical, emotional, and environmental safety come first.
Trust Earned Daily — We build trust through consistency, reliability, transparency, and follow-through.
Honesty & Integrity — We communicate openly, document accurately, and hold ourselves accountable.
Compassionate Professionalism — We combine heartfelt care with strong professional standards.
Why A&A?
We aren't trying to become the biggest caregiving agency.
We want to build an exceptional one.

If those standards reflect the kind of caregiver you are—or the kind of caregiver you want to become—we would like to hear from you.
