About This Position

Join a skilled nursing team in Issaquah, WA as a Registered Nurse (RN). This opportunity is ideal for a dependable clinician who is comfortable delivering resident-centered care, supporting daily nursing operations, and leading care staff in a skilled nursing environment.

Requirements:

Current, unencumbered Washington RN license.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and supervise nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory guidelines.

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately.

Monitor residents’ health conditions, document changes, and promptly communicate concerns to physicians and families.

Collaborate with healthcare providers, therapists, and staff to ensure continuity of care.

Supervise, mentor, and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Participate in care plan meetings, assessments, and evaluations.

Uphold resident rights, privacy, and dignity in all aspects of care.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington in good standing.

Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills.

Ability to lead and mentor care staff effectively.

Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
