Schedule Details

Full time and part time opportunities

Day and night shift openings

2-3 12-hour shifts per week. Weekend and holiday rotation

More About Aurora Sheboygan Medical Center & Our Observation Team

Join our Med/Surg Observation team in Sheboygan, where you’ll care for patients requiring short-term, focused monitoring and rapid clinical decision-making. This unit offers a fast-paced environment that strengthens assessment skills, clinical judgment, and efficiency in care transitions.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative and supportive team that values communication, teamwork, and continuous learning. This is an excellent opportunity to build strong foundational skills while gaining experience in a dynamic care setting.

What You Will Do

Provide patient-centered care for patients requiring short-term monitoring and evaluation.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while engaging patients and families.

Use evidence-based practices and quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Identify risks and maintain a safe care environment.

Float to other units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

What You’ll Bring

RN license in applicable state

BLS required (additional certifications may be required based on specialty)

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)

Typically 1+ year of clinical nursing experience preferred
