Creative Community Living Services is a leading agency providing in home support for adults with disabilities. We are looking for a nurse to provide administrative as well as hands-on care for our clients in the Greater La Crosse/Onalaska region
What You Will Be Doing, besides working with great people:
Ensures consistent quality client care
Provides training and education to staff on an ongoing basis.
Assists in the maintenance of residents’ charts and review of documentation performed by caregiving staff.
Provides medically orientated task training, delegation and oversight to staff on an as needed basis.
Ensures Care Plans are up to date and reflective of a change in condition for each resident.
Oversees and manages the continuity and consistency of medication including daily/weekly audits including psychotropic reviews.

What You'll Bring:
Wisconsin Registered Nurse License
Skilled Nursing Experience, preferred
Long term care nursing experience, preferred
