About This Position
```Overview```
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse to make a difference in the lives of individuals in need.
Three (3)days/week- 8:30a-5pm
```Responsibilities```
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
- Educate and empower patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- Provide emotional support to patients
-Rooming/Triage/Scheduling
```Requirements```
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Triage experience in clinic settings beneficial, new graduates welcome to apply
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
