About This Position
We are looking for a salaried full-time Memory Care Nurse Manager to join our amazing Assisted Living Community management team. Experience, Compassion, Caring, Dependability, and Professionalism are the qualifications we are looking for!
We are in search of a confident and experienced RN or LPN! You would work Monday through Friday, 8-4:30. Call is split between two Nurse Managers. Some of your duties as the Memory Care Nurse Manager include: medication monitoring, checking in medications, Triage nursing, admission assessments and paperwork, Completing and Updating resident assessments, care plans, processing MD orders, communicating with MDs, Hospice, Therapists & Home Health Nurses. Communicating with residents and family, as well as educating and motivating care staff are all things you will do on a regular basis. This is a very busy position, days go by quickly!
Experience in Assisted Living is preferred.
Paid major holidays off, 2 weeks of PTO per year, and a full insurance package is available to our Nurse Manager. We value our employees!
