Full-Time and Part-Time DAY Shifts
Pay & Perks:
RN: $30-$40/hr Starting Pay
LPN: $25-$28/hr Starting Pay
Weekly Pay – Every Friday
On-Demand Pay (Access earnings before payday)

Your Role as an RN/LPN:
As a private-duty nurse, you'll provide individualized care and support while accompanying your client throughout their day at home.
Responsibilities may include:
Monitoring and assessing client condition
Administering medications and treatments as ordered
Supporting respiratory, feeding, or other specialized care needs as applicable
Assisting with activities of daily living when needed
Collaborating with family members and the care team
Maintaining accurate documentation and communication
What You Need:
Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Nursing degree from an accredited program
