Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN | 12-Hour | Overnight Shifts
Pay & Perks:
· RN: $30-$40/hr Starting Pay
· LPN: $25-$28/hr Starting Pay
· Weekly pay – Every Friday
On-Demand Pay (Access earnings before payday)
$50/month cell phone stipend (FT & PT)
Paid training + Continued Education

Your Role as an RN/LPN:
You'll provide attentive overnight care while helping a client remain safe and comfortable at home by:
Monitoring and assessing client condition throughout the night
Administering medications and treatments as ordered
Providing skilled nursing care and documentation
Assisting with personal care needs when necessary
Responding quickly and appropriately to changes in condition or emergencies
Communicating effectively with family members and the care team
What You Need:
Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care
Nursing degree from an accredited program
