About This Position
St. Luke’s Home is an 88-bed long-term, skilled nursing facility that provides residents 24-hour skilled nursing care; IV therapy; wound care and post-surgical care; respite care; nutritional therapy; and peritoneal dialysis.
St. Luke’s Home exists to demonstrate the compassion of God by providing quality care that enhances the dignity and respect of each person we serve. Our core values include respect, compassion, accountability, excellence, and a positive attitude. This ad is for a full-time (36 hours per week), day shift position. Rotating weekends and holidays are required. Referral, retention, and other bonuses available to qualifying new employees.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing quality nursing care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality.
Directing nursing care to residents and supervising daily nursing activities performed by CNAs, MAs, and support personnel in accordance with policies and regulations.
Planning and implementing nursing services, assisting resident admission, transferring, discharging, and communicating resident issues and concerns.
Requirements include:
Active nursing license (LPN or RN) verified within the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents and teammates.
