An established skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for a leadership opportunity in the Greater Seattle area.
This position is designed for an accomplished SNF nurse leader who understands the complexity of skilled nursing and wants an environment with strong compensation, organizational support, and an experienced staff already in place.
The right person will have significant skilled nursing experience and a track record of building strong clinical teams, maintaining regulatory standards, developing nursing leadership, and delivering high-quality resident care.
What the Position Offers
Base salary of $190,000–$220,000
Strong bonus structure
Monday–Friday schedule
Stable nursing staff in place
Strong operational and organizational support
Autonomy to lead the clinical operation
Opportunity to work with experienced post-acute operators
Experience
Active Washington RN license
Significant Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience
Director of Nursing or comparable clinical leadership experience
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
Survey preparation and regulatory compliance
Staff development and retention
Quality improvement and clinical outcomes
Ability to lead an established team while continuing to improve clinical performance
