The Day Surgery Unit is comprised of 24 beds, caring for pre/post procedural patients. The staff provide pre and post-operative/procedural care to Surgery, Gastroenterology, Interventional Radiology and select populations of Radiology patients receiving anesthesia services. The majority of patients are discharged after their procedure.
Schedule Details: Second shift, flexible start time starting at 1 or 2pm and working until 730pm.
Full Time / Part Time: Full Time Benefits

What You Will Do:
We are currently searching for a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide support to the staff and patients on the unit. Qualified candidates will work independently providing resource information and general nursing care to patients. Completes clerical tasks related to regulatory annual requirements, audits and patient processes.
What You Will Need:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) - active or expired on registry
Valid American Heart (AHA) Basic Life Support ( BLS) certification or ability to obtain upon hire
