About Dune
Dune Aesthetics & Hair Restoration is an exciting new practice coming to the Greater Palm Springs area with a major focus on hair restoration, regenerative medicine, medical aesthetics, and wellness.
We're building Dune around a simple philosophy: exceptional results, personalized treatment plans, and an elevated patient experience that never feels rushed or transactional.
We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) who wants to become an integral part of what we're building.
For us, finding the right person is more important than finding a specific title.
We're looking for someone who is clinically skilled, knowledgeable, highly personable, great with patients, and passionate about helping people achieve their aesthetic, hair-restoration, and wellness goals.
Hair Restoration & Regenerative Medicine
Hair restoration and regenerative medicine will be a major focus of Dune and of this position.
Our provider will work closely with patients experiencing hair thinning and hair loss — listening to their concerns, educating them about their options, developing individualized treatment plans, performing treatments, and following their progress throughout their hair-restoration journey.
Depending on licensure, training, and scope of practice, treatments and responsibilities may include:
Hair-loss consultations and scalp assessments
PRP and PRF hair restoration
Regenerative scalp treatments
Scalp injections
Microneedling and supportive hair-restoration therapies
Developing comprehensive, individualized hair-restoration plans
Patient education regarding available hair-loss treatment options
Monitoring patient progress and treatment outcomes
Before-and-after photography and long-term patient follow-up
PRP/PRF and other regenerative treatments
Previous hair-restoration experience is highly desirable, but we're willing to invest in training an exceptional aesthetic provider who is genuinely interested in becoming highly knowledgeable and proficient in hair restoration and regenerative medicine.
Medical Aesthetics, Regenerative Medicine & Wellness
Dune will also offer a comprehensive medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and wellness menu.
Experience may include:
Botox, Dysport, and other neuromodulators
Dermal fillers
Full-face assessment and facial balancing
Biostimulatory treatments
PRP/PRF aesthetic treatments
Microneedling
IV therapy and vitamin injections
Peptide therapies and patient education
Wellness and regenerative treatments
Additional aesthetic and regenerative services as Dune continues to grow
Experience with joint injections is a major plus. For appropriately licensed candidates who do not currently perform joint injections, an interest and willingness to receive appropriate training is highly desirable.

Our ideal candidate:
Holds an active California RN, NP, or PA license
Has hands-on medical aesthetics experience
Is confident with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
Has a strong understanding of facial anatomy, facial balancing, and natural aesthetic outcomes
Has experience with PRP/PRF and regenerative treatments
Has hair-restoration experience or a strong desire to become highly proficient in this area
Has knowledge of peptide therapies and their applications, or a strong interest in expanding their knowledge in this area
Is exceptionally personable and comfortable working with patients
Is knowledgeable, confident, approachable, and easy to talk to
Has excellent consultation and treatment-planning skills
Has strong consultative sales skills
Is comfortable discussing treatment options, pricing, and comprehensive treatment plans
Can confidently recommend treatments without making patients feel pressured

Our providers will be an important part of the Dune brand.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable appearing on camera and participating in social media and marketing initiatives.
This may include:
Hair-restoration education
Aesthetic and regenerative medicine education
Peptide and wellness education
Treatment demonstrations
Patient Q&As
Before-and-after patient journeys
Educational videos and social media content
You do not need to be an influencer or have a large social media following.
We're much more interested in finding someone who is knowledgeable, personable, comfortable on camera, and able to explain treatments in an educational, approachable, and credible way.
We want our community to get to know and trust our providers before they ever walk through our doors.

Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $50–$85/hour, depending on licensure, experience, skill set, and qualifications, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
We're committed to providing fair, competitive compensation and are open to discussing alternative compensation structures for the right candidate, including hourly compensation plus performance-based opportunities.
Both part-time and full-time candidates will be considered, and we're willing to discuss scheduling with the right person.
Qualifications
Required:
Active California RN, NP, or PA license
Hands-on medical aesthetics/injectable experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to patient safety and patient experience
Comfortable educating and developing relationships with patients
Highly Preferred:
Botox/Dysport and dermal filler experience
PRP/PRF experience
Hair-restoration experience
Regenerative medicine experience
Knowledge and experience with peptide therapies
Strong consultation and treatment-planning skills
Consultative sales experience
Comfortable participating in social media and video content
