Shift: 3×12 Night Shift
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/3 shifts per week

Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $2,376.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $18.00
Minimum Hourly Stipend: $48.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $648.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,728.00

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse – NICU will provide specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The RN will monitor patients closely, administer medications and treatments, collaborate with neonatologists and the healthcare team, and support families while ensuring safe, high-quality neonatal care.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide direct nursing care to critically ill, premature, and high-risk newborns.
· Monitor vital signs, respiratory status, cardiac status, oxygen levels, and other clinical conditions.
· Administer medications, IV therapies, fluids, and treatments as ordered.
· Operate and monitor neonatal equipment, including incubators, ventilators, and cardiac monitors.
· Assess patient conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and the healthcare team.
· Assist with procedures and emergency interventions as needed.
Requirements
· Active RN license for WA
· NICU 1+ experience
· BLS and NRP
