About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Rivers Edge Nursing & Rehab, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nurses and other healthcare professionals
Assisting with basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and administering medications
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, including their personal spaces and common areas
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs
Documenting resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies and regulations
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care and assistance to residents, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nurses and other healthcare professionals
Assist with basic medical procedures, including taking vital signs and administering medications
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their personal spaces and common areas
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs
Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies and regulations
