About This Position
Summary
Provide hands-on care and support to residents in a small Adult Family Home. Help with daily routines, promote safety and comfort, and complete delegated nursing tasks under the RN and LPN's.
NIght shift opening. Alternating Weekends. 60/hours a pay peroid.
Responsibilities
Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers and mobility
Help with meals, hydration and feeding
Monitor residents and report changes in condition
Administer medications per MAR
Perform delegated nursing tasks (after training)
Light housekeeping: laundry, disinfecting, tidying rooms
Support residents with dementia or behavioral needs
Accurate documentation of care
Follow all AFH safety and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Active WA HCA or CNA credential
CPR/First Aid
Dementia/Mental Health certificate
Food Handler’s Permit
Able to lift/transfer up to 50 lbs
Reliable, patient and comfortable working with seniors
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
