Transitional Care Center of Seattle (TCC) is not a typical nursing facility. We care for residents with behavioral health, substance use, and complex medical needs who cannot safely discharge from the hospital. Our goal is to stabilize residents and help them transition to a better quality of life.

What We’re Looking For
Compassionate and patient individuals
Comfortable with behavioral or complex residents
Team-oriented and reliable
Seeking meaningful work and career growth
What You’ll Do
Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene)
Answer call lights and support resident needs
Help with meals and feeding
Transport and reposition residents
Take vital signs and record intake/output
Complete documentation
Qualifications
Active CNA certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Team player with strong communication skills
