Job Title: RN Supervisor

Reports To: Director of Nursing
SUMMARY
Assume responsibility for coordinating nursing personnel to assure optimal delivery of nursing care to residents on a shift, implementing administrative responsibilities, activities, policies, and procedures for the skilled nursing facility while working within their scope of practice and licensure.
What You’ll Do
Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure quality resident care
Assess resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical status
Coordinate admissions, discharges, and care planning
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
Monitor documentation accuracy and completion
Respond to emergencies and incident reports as needed
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Licensed R.N. in State of Wisconsin
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years geriatric experience preferred
Must meet all qualifications for R.N. staff nurse.
