To qualify for this position you MUST have:
Current Washington State Nursing License
Strong computer literacy
Experience with MS Office Suite, EMR, and Practice Management Software
Demonstrated understanding of clinical operations
Proven track record of attendance and punctuality
A friendly personality and enjoy working with people
You'll be responsible for:
Interviewing patient, recording patient medical history, and confirming purpose of visit
Preparing patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests, taking blood pressure, and reporting patient history summary
Securing patient information and maintaining patient confidence by completing and safeguarding medical records, completing diagnostic coding and procedure coding, and keeping patient information confidential
Counseling patients and transmitting physician's orders and questions about surgery
Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures
Keeping supplies ready, inventorying stock, maintaining logs
Perform instrument sterilization and autoclaving
Assisting in the operating room/recovery
Performing administrative and billing duties associated with daily processes
Adhering to company standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements
