About This Position
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality direct patient care in a Long-Term Care setting. The LPN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and support individualized care plans.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing and personal care to patients.
Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising RN.
Assist with developing and updating patient care plans.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
Follow infection-control policies and procedures.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
Provide patient education and discharge instructions.
Assist with orientation and training of new staff.
Maintain professional and clinical competency through continuing education.
Requirements
Graduate of an approved LPN program.
Active, unrestricted LPN license.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
CPR certification required.
ACLS certification required.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work varied 8-hour shifts.
Long-Term Care experience preferred.
Pay: $1,850.00 - $1,906.00 per week
