Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week contract opportunity at Crest View Nursing Home in New Lisbon, Wisconsin.
The CNA will provide direct care and support to residents in a long-term care setting, helping ensure their comfort, safety, dignity, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Take and document vital signs as directed
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Provide feeding and hydration assistance when needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing staff
Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards
Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents
Requirements
Active Wisconsin CNA certification
Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
Ability to work the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift
Availability to work every other weekend
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and professional attitude
