What You'll Do
Provide and oversee quality nursing care for residents
Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Support positive resident outcomes through teamwork and communication
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Maintain professional nursing standards and follow individualized care plans
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current LPN license in the state of employment
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience or knowledge in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred
