You’ll work alongside a strong clinical team including RNs, LVNs, and support staff who value communication, respect, and doing things the right way.
Requirements: - Active California CNA certification in good standing - Must be available Sunday, Monday, Tuesday AM shifts - Current BLS certification REQUIRED - Experience in SNF, subacute, or congregate living preferred - Ability to follow care plans and work under nurse supervision - Strong teamwork and communication skills
Responsibilities: - Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting - Take and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output - Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility (including lifts) - Report changes in condition promptly to the nurse - Maintain accurate documentation - Provide compassionate, respectful, resident-centered care - Work closely with the nursing team to ensure safety and quality care
