About This Position
FULL TIME / PART TIME/ PER DIEM REGISTERED NURSE (RN) -Home Health
BILINGUAL Speaking a PLUS! Immediate Hiring RN’s for * IMMEDIATE* Hiring to work for a fast-growing Home Health Agency with Clients throughout Southern California.
RN – require a minimum of 1 year experience in Home Health Care Experience (Wound Care Experience a Plus).** Requirements:
· Availability to work On Call Shifts / Visiting Nurses
· Must be conscientious with our clients, their families, and their caregivers
· Must know how to make quick decisions while in the field
· Demonstrates the ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in varied settings
· Ability to make meaningful observations and write comprehensive and accurate reports.
Preferable Experiences:
· Intravenous Venipuncture – (IV)
· Wound Care
· Wound Vac
· Catheter Care
· Skilled Nursing
