Concierge Nurse (RN) – Paid On-Call Position (20 hours per week)
**Applicant must live in the Seattle/Eastside area // When a Mobile Concierge Nurse is dispatched to a client they must be able to arrive to the client home within 60 minutes from dispatch, this can only be done if the candidate lives within our services territory**

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in a Paid On-Call capacity. This role is ideal for nurses who value working independently, with a variety of patients, and working with a high-end clientele.
How it works:
You and two other RNs self schedule yourself for 2 shifts per week. Hours are 9:30am-7:30pm. (including weekend shifts)
You receive guaranteed pay:
$25/hr
If you are dispatched to a client during your shift, you’ll earn commission on services provided (IV therapy, injections, home health visits).
You will receive whichever is higher: your on-call base pay or the total commission earned during your shift.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly in your own vehicle to on-call requests for:
IV vitamin therapy and hydration
Medication Injection therapy
IV antibiotic infusions
Post-operative care
IVF Injections
General nursing support within RN scope of practice
Drive to clients’ homes or locations within the Greater Seattle/Eastside area.
Provide safe, professional, and compassionate care.
Maintain accurate documentation in our charting system.

Requirements
Active Washington State RN license in good standing.
Minimum 3 years clinical experience (Must have ER experience! Peri-op a plus).
Strong IV start skills (Including accessing ports)and comfort with mobile nursing.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Seattle/Eastside.
Professional, discreet, and client-service oriented.
Must carry personal auto insurance
Compensation
$25/hr on-call pay or
Commission on services performed during shift:
IV infusions, injections, and other nursing services.
Earnings example:
If your commission would be $600 during your on-call shift, you keep your commission instead of base on-call pay.
Contract Type
1099 Independent Contractor
20 guaranteed paid hours; work as many hours above and beyond your scheduled shifts as you like as non-paid on call getting online bookings paid by commission only.
