About This Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
  • Administer medications and treatments.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
  • Follow infection-control policies and procedures.
  • Assist with patient care plans and discharge education.
  • Prioritize care effectively in an LTC environment.
  • Support orientation and training of new staff and students.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the facility EMR.

    Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active LPN license required Certifications: CPR & ACLS required

    Job Type: Contract – 13 weeks Start Date: September 7, 2026 Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

    Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40.0 per week

    License/Certification:

  • Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) Multistate LPN License (Required)
  • BLS Certification (Required)

    Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Required)
