Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse-LTC
Location: Hot Springs SD 57747
Shift Times: Varied 8 hour shifts
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hourly pay Local: $45.00
Hourly pay Traveler: $48.00 (Blended)
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care and assist with ADLs and personal hygiene.
Administer medications and treatments and maintain accurate documentation.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the RN.
Follow infection control and safety procedures.
Assist with care plans, patient education, and discharge instructions.
Support orientation and training of new staff and students.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and changing patient needs.
Requirements
Graduate of an approved LPN program with current LPN licensure.
CPR and ACLS required.
Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
