About This Position
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
Administer medications and treatments.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
Follow infection-control policies and procedures.
Assist with patient care plans and discharge education.
Prioritize care effectively in an LTC environment.
Support orientation and training of new staff and students.
Maintain accurate documentation in the facility EMR.
Experience: Minimum 1 year
License: Active LPN license required
Certifications: CPR & ACLS required
Job Type: Contract – 13 weeks
Start Date: September 7, 2026
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
License/Certification:
Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) Multistate LPN License (Required)
BLS Certification (Required)
Willingness to travel:
